Before Installing

Before installing any resource, please check the product requirements, install all dependencies, and make sure your resource start order is correct.

If you need help, join the Discord and open a support ticket with your order ID, script name, framework, inventory, target system, server console error, F8 error, and a screenshot or video.

Common Errors

Resource not starting: 

Check the folder name, fxmanifest.lua, server.cfg ensure line, and make sure the resource is not inside a double folder.

Missing dependency: 

Install the required dependency and start it before the Tdev resource.

ox_lib error: 

Make sure ox_lib is installed, updated, and started before the script that requires it.

oxmysql error: 

Make sure oxmysql is installed, started before the script, and connected to your database correctly.

ox_target error: 

Make sure ox_target is installed, started before the script, and enabled in the script config.

Inventory item not working: 

Check that the item exists in your inventory system and that the item name matches the config exactly.

UI not opening: 

Check F8 errors, NUI files, dependencies, keybinds, commands, and possible conflicts with other NUI resources.

Entitlement error: 

Make sure the resource was purchased on the correct Cfx account and that your server license key is linked to the correct account.

Wrong framework selected: 

Open the config file and make sure the selected framework matches your server setup.

Wrong resource start order: 

Start dependencies first, then framework, then inventory, then target, then the Tdev resource.

Support Policy

Support is available for verified customers through the Tdev Scripts Discord.

When opening a support ticket, customers must provide:

• Order ID
• Script name
• Framework
• Inventory system
• Target system
• Full server console error
• Full F8 error
• Screenshot or video of the issue
• What you already tried

Support is not provided for leaked scripts, resold scripts, edited encrypted files, or third party modified versions.
